Vonn Christian Bell (born December 12, 1994) is an American football safety for the National Football League’s Cincinnati Bengals (NFL). He attended Ohio State and was drafted in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints.

Bell attended Chattanooga Central High School in Harrison, Tennessee, for his first two years of high school, where he received all-district honors. Bell continued his education at Ridgeland High School in Rossville, Georgia. In his senior year, Bell led Ridgeland to the Georgia class AAAA state championship game, in which they lost 41-10 to Sandy Creek. Rivals.com and Scout.com both rated him as a five-star recruit, and he was ranked the number two safety in the country.

Bell was rated a five-star recruit by 247 Sports and a high four-star by ESPN, who ranked him as the 50th best player overall in the country regardless of position. Bell was chosen to play in 2013 Under Armour All-American game. On February 6, 2013, he committed to Ohio State University.

Bell started all 13 games as a backup as a freshman in 2013, but made his first career start on January 3, 2014, in the Discover Orange Bowl, recording his first collegiate interception. Bell began his sophomore season as a full-time starter for the Buckeyes. He appeared in all 15 games, compiling 91 tackles and a conference-high six interceptions. He had six tackles and a sack in the College Football Playoff National Championship win over Oregon in 2015.
