Trevor John Siemian, a quarterback with the Chicago Bears of the National Football League, was born on December 26, 1991. (NFL).

As quarterback with the Titans for three seasons, he set an Orange County record with 6,144 career yards and 53 touchdowns. He was also a great baseball shortstop, third baseman, and outfielder who was voted Mr. Olympia by his classmates his senior year.

During the 2012 season, Siemian received the majority of the quarterback reps, with Kaepernick seeing limited action. After trailing by six points with 2:40 remaining in the season opener against Syracuse, Siemian led the team on a 75-yard game-winning drive. He led back-to-back go-ahead drives in the fourth quarter against Vanderbilt, including a vital 34-yard connection on a third-and-15 play.

In his first career start versus Indiana, he threw for 308 yards on 22-of-32 passing in a 44-29 victory. He guided #21 Northwestern to a 34-20 victory over Mississippi State in the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl, where he directed two touchdown drives and scored his first career rushing touchdown.
