Tre’Quan Smith, a wide receiver for the National Football League’s New Orleans Saints, was born on January 7, 1996, in Delray Beach, Florida.  At UCF, he played collegiate football.

Smith was chosen by the New Orleans Saints with the 91st overall pick in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft and was selected as the 10th wide receiver.

Against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the season opener, Smith made his professional NFL debut. He had no receptions as the Saints fell to a 48-40 defeat. He made his first NFL reception in the following game against the Cleveland Browns, going for 18 yards in the 21-18 victory.

Smith scored a touchdown throw from Drew Brees of 62 yards during Week 5’s Monday Night Football game against the Washington Redskins, which helped Brees pass Peyton Manning for the most passing yards in NFL history.

In Florida’s Delray Beach, Smith attended Village Academy High School. It was not until his first year of high school that he began playing football.
