Tanner Vallejo, an American football linebacker for the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals, was born on December 16, 1994. (NFL). At Boise State, he played collegiate football. The Buffalo Bills selected him in the sixth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Vallejo has also previously played for the Washington Redskins and the Cleveland Browns.

Vallejo had 100 tackles as a sophomore at Boise State before having wrist surgery. During his sophomore season, he blocked two kicks in one game, helping the Broncos win 28-0. Pro Football Focus praised his speed and ability to break up plays in the backfield. They did, however, mention his lack of size and poor tackling efficiency during his senior year in their scouting report.
Vallejo was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the sixth round (195th overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft. He was the Bills’ second linebacker draft pick in 2017, following Matt Milano, and was expected to fill the team’s immediate need at weak-side linebacker. The Buffalo Bills signed Vallejo to a four-year, $2.55 million contract with a signing bonus of $153,799. He injured his knee during the preseason but was still able to make the team. On September 1, 2018, the Bills waived Vallejo.
