On November 17, 1989, Ryan Walsh Griffin, a quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League, was born. He was taken in a free agent signing in 2013 by the New Orleans Saints. He participated in collegiate football at Tulane. Griffin earned a Super Bowl ring while playing with the Buccaneers during the 2020 season.
On September 6, 2015, the Buccaneers claimed Griffin off waivers. As Jameis Winston and Mike Glennon’s backups for the Buccaneers in 2015 and 2016, Griffin did not participate in any games.
