Robbie Anderson, a wide receiver for the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals, was born on May 9, 1993. (NFL). At Temple, he played collegiate football. The New York Jets selected Anderson as an undrafted free agent in 2016. Robby Anderson was how he spelled his name prior to the 2022 campaign.

Anderson chose Temple University over offers from Illinois, Indiana, and Marshall in order to play collegiate football with the Temple Owls. After spending his first year in Philadelphia as a redshirt, Anderson saw action on special teams and primarily practiced as a defensive back. Anderson shifted to wide receiver in 2013 after Temple’s head coach Matt Rhule was hired, catching 44 catches for 791 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. In the 2013 campaign, Anderson’s 239 receiving yards versus SMU set a Temple school record. However, Anderson was unable to play in 2014 owing to academic eligibility difficulties.
