The Arizona Cardinals selected Dogbe in the seventh round (and 249th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft. In his first season, he participated in 8 games for the Cardinals.

Dogbe was released by the Cardinals on September 8, 2020, and the following day he was re-signed to the practice squad.
