After high school, he committed to playing college football at Eastern Michigan University for the Eastern Michigan Eagles. They were the only college football program to give him an offer.
Crosby played for the Eastern Michigan Eagles during the 2015 to 2018 seasons. He was chosen for the First-team All-MAC in both his junior season in 2017 and his senior season in 2018.
In the fourth round (106th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft, he was drafted by the Oakland Raiders. He later made his debut in week 1 against the Denver Broncos.
