Where did Mason Crosby go to high school?

Mason Walker Crosby, a placekicker for the National Football League’s Green Bay Packers, was born on September 3, 1984.

Crosby is a Christian, who has spoken about his faith by saying, “I think He helps me knowing that kicking is what I do, not who I am. It’s not everything that I am.

From 2003 to 2006, Crosby participated in football for the Colorado Buffaloes at the University of Colorado Boulder.

He demonstrated exceptional leg strength when a student at Colorado, kicking a school-record 60-yard field goal against Iowa State in 2004. The farthest field goal ever attempted in NCAA Division I-A football at sea level without a tee was Crosby’s 58-yarder against Miami in 2005.

Crosby and Dave Rayner, the current placekicker, were engaged in combat when training camp began.

Crosby made the longest field goal in Heinz Field history when he kicked a 52-yarder against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Green Bay’s first preseason game. During the last roster cut, Crosby was given the starting position.
