Maeve Quinlan is an American actress from Chicago.
She is well known for starring as Megan Conley for 11 years in The Bold and the Beautiful and for the series South of Nowhere. Raised in Northfield, a North Shore suburb.

She was raised in the North Shore suburb of Northfield, where she went to New Trier High School (in Winnetka).
At the age of 16, Quinlan began competing in big tennis events and eventually rose to the position of #95 in the global rankings, earning full scholarships to Northwestern University and USC, where she studied theatre.
She gave up tennis after suffering an injury and started acting, first appearing in Nike and Gatorade ads.
She had a regular role on The Bold and the Beautiful before South of Nowhere, where she played Megan Conley from 1995 to 2005. While on leave from South of Nowhere in March 2006, she came back for a three-week guest appearance on the program.
