Kyle Jacob Trask, a quarterback for the National Football League’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, was born on March 6, 1998. (NFL). He attended Florida University and played college football. The Buccaneers selected him in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Where did Kyle Trask go to high school?

Trask was a student at Manvel High School in Manvel, Texas. After his freshman year, he was a backup to D’Eriq King and did not start any games at quarterback. He graduated in 2016 and committed to the University of Florida as a three-star recruit to play college football.

Trask redshirted his freshman year at Florida in 2016. Trask saw no action in 2017 in Florida. He was supposed to compete for the starting job with Feleipe Franks, but he suffered an injury that cost him the season. He appeared in four games as Franks’ backup in 2018, completing 14 of 22 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown. His season was cut short when he injured his foot again during practice.

Trask returned to his junior year as Franks’ backup in 2019. Trask took over as a starter after Franks was injured. Trask completed 20 of 28 passes with two touchdowns and two interceptions in a win over Tennessee, his first start since his freshman year of high school. Trask passed for 363 yards in a 56-0 victory over Vanderbilt, the most by a Florida quarterback since Tim Tebow passed for 482 yards in the 2010 Sugar Bowl.
