Kwon Alexander plies his trade as a linebacker for the New York Jets of the National Football League in American football.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected him in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. Alexander has also suited up for the New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers.

Where did Kwon Alexander go to high school?

Alexander received his high school education at Oxford High School in Oxford, Alabama where he played for the school’s football team as an impact player.

As a junior in 2010, Oxford’s Alexander recorded 144 tackles, 17 sacks, and six forced turnovers (three of which were recovered).

Oxford had a 12-2 record overall and advanced to the AHSAA Class 6A state semifinals before falling to Marlon Humphrey’s Hoover.

As a member of the black team, Alexander took part in the Under Armour All-American Game. He was selected as a finalist for the High School Butkus Award, which is presented each year to the top linebacker in the country.
