Karolína Muchová, born August 21, 1996, is a Czech tennis professional.

She got her career-high singles ranking of world No. 19 on May 17, 2021. Muchová has been in two WTA Tour finals, winning one, at the International-level Korea Open in 2019.

She subsequently began to generate poor results until March 2016, when she won her second singles ITF title in Sharm El Sheikh, followed by another tournament at the same place two weeks later. In July 2017, she reached the final of the $75k ITS Cup in Olomouc, where she was defeated by her countrymate Markéta Vondrouová.
