Johnathan Hankins (born March 30, 1992) is a National Football League defensive tackle for the Las Vegas Raiders (NFL). He attended Ohio State, where he earned All-American honors, before being drafted in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the New York Giants. He also spent a season with the Indianapolis Colts.

Hankins attended Ohio State University, where from 2010 to 2012, he was a member of the football team known as the Ohio State Buckeyes. Hankins was a true freshman when he joined the Ohio State Buckeyes and finished the season with 16 tackles, including three solo stops and one quarterback sack. Defensive coordinator Jim Heacock estimated his freshman weight to be “about 350, 355” and only saw him as a two-down guy. Hankins managed to lose weight and reach 330 pounds by his sophomore year.
He was a starter who made 67 tackles, 32 of them solo, and three sacks. He was named to the Big Ten Conference’s first team after his junior year in 2012, and Scout.com named him to the first team of All-Americans.
