Jannik Sinner, the Italian prodigy, has received a lot of attention recently after advancing to the Wimbledon Championship quarterfinals. Most of his fans have taken to social media to learn more about his educational background.
Where did Jannik Sinner go to high school?
The Italian delivered a strong all-around performance to defeat Carlos Alcaraz in the fourth round of the grass-court major.
Despite finding some rhythm to save two match points and win the third-set tie-break, Alcaraz’s performance was not enough to overcome Sinner’s accomplished performance, who had not won a tour-level match on grass prior to his first-round win over Stan Wawrinka.
The match came just hours after a celebration of Centre Court’s 100th anniversary, which featured past champions such as Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, Bjorn Borg, Billie Jean King, and Rod Laver.
Is Jannik Sinner in college?
Off the court, the 20-year-old is said to have had most of his basic education at San Candido, Italy where he grew up as a child. However, the specific institutions he attended are not documented.
