James Hunter Renfrow, a wide receiver for the National Football League’s Las Vegas Raiders, was born on December 21, 1995.
Renfrow was born to Tim and Suzanne. He has 5 other siblings. On April 13, 2019, Renfrow married Camilla, his high school love, in DeBordieu, South Carolina. Together, they have a daughter.
Renfrow is a Christian and upholds strong Christian values. Talking about how his religion affects his career, Renfrow said: ”We’re aiming to win every game, but in the end, your connection with Christ is what matters most. God will still be there when football is long gone and 100 years from now, and that has kind of motivated me.”
Renfrow enrolled at Clemson University and immediately walked on to the Clemson Tigers football team, despite obtaining scholarship offers to play baseball and football at colleges in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS).
In the 2017 College Football Playoff National Championship against the Alabama Crimson Tide, he caught the game-winning touchdown from quarterback Deshaun Watson with one second remaining in the game.
