Where did Ellie Taylor go to college and high school?

She attended the University of York and majored in English literature.

Taylor “performed three or four plays” as a member of the University of York Drama Society.

She was announced as a contender for the twentieth series of Strictly Come Dancing in August 2022. Taylor married journalist Phil Black in London in 2014, and they have one kid.

In 2019, she returned to Heart as a fill-in host, this time for Amanda Holden, on the national breakfast program alongside regular anchor Jamie Theakston.

Taylor revealed in December 2019 that she will be leaving her Heart FM program to focus on her TV obligations. Her podcast, Ellie & Anna Have Issues, with Anna Whitehouse, is still released every Tuesday.

Taylor’s debut book, My Child and Other Mistakes: How to Ruin Your Life in the Best Way Possible, was a Sunday Times bestseller in July 2021.
