Where did Dorothy Steel go to high school?

We have unfortunately not been able to unearth where the late actress attended high school. This could be a result of poor record keeping during the era in which she was born.

She spent many years working for the Internal Revenue Service as a senior revenue officer before leaving the organization in 1984.

She relocated to Atlanta from the US Virgin Islands 20 years ago in order to be nearer to her son and grandson. By 2014, Steel had started performing in local plays at Riverdale’s Frank Bailey Senior Center.

On October 15, 2021, Theresa Steel, at 95 years old, passed away in her home in her hometown of Detroit.
