Where did DJ Dale go to high school?
Dale was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and graduated from Clay-Chalkville High School. Despite receiving an offer from Auburn, Dale decided to play college football for Alabama.
Dale was selected as Alabama’s starting nose tackle for the upcoming season. He had 17 tackles for the season, three tackles for a loss, one sack, and one quarterback hurry. He made 22 tackles as a sophomore while also recording one tackle for loss, two pass breakups, and one recovered fumble.
