He is one of four children of his parents – Rachel Knox and David Knox. he was born to them on November 14, 1996, in Brentwood, Tennessee, United States, hence he is 25 years old now. Knox attended St. Paul Christian Academy and Brentwood Academy in Brentwood, Tennessee. He played wide receiver and quarterback for the high school football team. He played in only one game his senior season due to an ankle injury.

He has been on the news after his younger brother who happens to be an FIU football player Luke, passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 22.
