Christian Josiah Olave, a wide receiver for the National Football League’s New Orleans Saints, was born on June 27, 2000. (NFL). His 35 career touchdown receptions at Ohio State, where he played collegiate football, set a school record. The Saints selected Olave in the opening round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Yes, Olave competed for Ohio State’s offense and special teams as a freshman. During his rookie season, he hauled in 12 passes for 197 yards and three touchdowns. He was able to haul in two touchdowns and deflect a punt during Ohio State’s 62-39 victory over Michigan in 2018.

The following week, he caught five passes for 79 yards and a touchdown against Northwestern in the Big Ten Football Championship Game. Olave declared that he would opt out of the 2022 Rose Bowl in order to get ready for the 2022 NFL Draft after the 2021 season.

Olave was born on June 27, 2000, in San Ysidro, California. His mother is African-American, and his father is of Cuban origin. Before going to Mission Hills High School in San Marcos, California, he played football for two seasons at Eastlake High School in Chula Vista. Because to California Interscholastic Federation transfer regulations, he was forced to miss his junior year.
