Cortez Thaddeus Ham Jr., an American football fullback with the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League, was born on July 22, 1993. He was not taken in the 2016 NFL Draft. He played collegiate football at Augustana.

Ham graduated from Duluth Denfeld High School in 2011, where he excelled in track and field as well as football. Ham was a three-year letter-winner and two-year starter at running back for the Hunters under head coaches Frank Huie and Chris Vold.

He had 1,873 total yards and 24 touchdowns in his junior and senior years. He had 109 defensive tackles. Because of his outstanding performance, he was named to the all-conference, all-section, and all-state teams.

Additionally, he caught balls for 949 yards and six touchdowns, including 39 catches for 431 yards and three scores in his final season. Ham was twice selected to the track and field All-NSIC team for the shot put. He currently holds the school record in both the indoor weight throw and the outdoor hammer throw.
