Anthony Pittman is one of the linebackers for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League. He was born on November 24, 1996, in Beverly Hills, Michigan, and is currently 25 years old.  At Wayne State, he played collegiate football. The young American player plays Lions with the likes of Chris Board, and Kerby Joseph amongst others.

He was only marginally recruited to play college football at Wayne State. Pittman spent two years as the team captain and two years on the all-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference team at Wayne State. Pittman had 181 career tackles throughout his time in college. Pittman participated in the Warriors’ special teams’ play as well.

In the 2019 NFL Draft, Pittman was not selected. After that, he committed to the Detroit Lions. Pittman was let go from the Lions practice squad on December 4, 2019. The practice squad released him on December 9, 2019. On December 27, 2019, Pittman was elevated to the list of active players.
