On September 28, 2000, Andrew Booth Jr., a cornerback with the Minnesota Vikings in the National Football League, was born. He played college football for Clemson and was chosen by the Vikings in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Booth Jr. attended Archer High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In his career, he made 162 tackles and 13 interceptions. He took part in 2019 Under Armour All-America Game. He was a five-star prospect who made a commitment to play collegiate football for Clemson University.

Booth Jr. played in 13 games as a true freshman at Clemson in 2019 and recorded four tackles. He participated in 11 games as a sophomore in 2020, starting four of them, compiling 27 tackles, two interceptions, one sack, and a fumble recovery that resulted in a touchdown. He also competed for the Tigers in 2021. On January 9, 2022, Booth made a draft declaration for the NFL 2022.
