Adam Davenport, an American actor, DJ, record producer, singer, and composer (born May 27, 1984 in Harvey, Illinois), is also a writer and director.
In the movie Cleanse Pest, Rest by Colombian director Esteban Uribe, Davenport made his acting debut as a transgender sex worker who is the victim of a hate crime. He has performed in a number of Off-Broadway productions, such as Naked Boys Singing!, and on a number of television programs, such as the HBO series High Maintenance and the Starz program Sweetbitter.
The Billboard Dance Club Chart’s Top 40 debut track from Davenport, “My Return Address Is You,” garnered positive reviews and made him the first-ever African-American producer to have an EDM song chart there (electronic dance music). The Recording Academy then extended an invitation to him. 2018 saw the release of Davenport’s EDM rendition of Eric Clapton’s “Change The World.”
