Aundell Terrell Jr., a cornerback for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League, was born on September 23, 1998. (NFL). The Falcons selected him in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft after playing college football for Clemson.

The second of Aundell Terrell Sr. and his wife Aliya’s four children, Aundell Terrell Jr. In 2001, the family relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, from Rochester, New York. Aundell III, the son of Terrell Jr., was born in 2019.

 

Terrell attended Atlanta, Georgia’s Westlake High School. In high school, he was a wide receiver and cornerback. He participated in the 2017 Under Armour All-America Game as a five-star recruit. He made a commitment to play college football at Clemson University.

 

In 2017, Terrell participated in 14 games as a true freshman at Clemson, compiling 15 tackles and a pick. He started all 15 games as a sophomore in 2018 and finished with 53 tackles, three interceptions, and a score.

He defeated Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa in the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship by returning an interception 44 yards for a score. In 2019, Terrell came back and started the season as a junior. After being named to the first-team All-ACC during his junior year,  Terrell declared for the 2020 NFL Draft and said he would forgo his final year.
