Black LGBTQ+ groups in California have been calling for Ed Buck‘s arrest for years since his killings in 2017 and 2019.
Buck continued to prey on LGBT men following Moore’s murder, even complaining about the inquiry to Dean, who died at his home later that year.
Currently, he has no hope of seeing out his 30-year sentence due to his age.
Some believe he will die in the federal prison.

Buck got interested in politics when Evan Mecham was elected Governor of Arizona in 1986.
Buck changed his party affiliation from Republican to Democrat as a result of the event, and he has since given significantly to Democratic politicians.
Buck was a wealthy white man active in LGBT rights and animal rights issues.
He had given more than $500,000 to Democratic politicians and organizations since 2000.
He was a generous man in politics but a complete sexual and drug psycho who targetted black men
