What is wrong with Este Haim? Why does Haim bassist make faces?

Este Haim born on 14 March 1986, is a singer and bassist who plays in a rock band named Haim. Este and her two other sisters, Alana Haim and Danielle Haim formed the band which is based in Los Angeles. Este is known for her comical “bass face” and showmanship on stage. Este and her sisters played in a band called Rockinhaim before forming Haim along with Dash Hutton.

Their parents have been extremely active and supportive in the musical lives of their children. Este is said to be close with her mother and has shown that by posting her parents frequently on Twitter. Haim band has ever won the BBC Sound Award in 2012.

Este Haim passed out on the stage during her performance in Glastonbury 2022. She however explained to the audience how she’s been dealing with type 1 diabetes.

Haim said she loved to make those faces as other rock bands with male members made faces just like that. She said it was cool and the men hate to see a woman doing what men did. She always had fun making those faces whiles playing.
