It has been confirmed by the spokesman of Louisiana State University, Ernie Ballard that popular American singer from Livingston, Louisiana, and the season 17 winner of American Idol, Laine Hardly has been arrested.
This was confirmed in a statement that disclosed that he was arrested by LSU Police and booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on Friday on a charge of intercepting communications.
He was said to have turned himself into the LSU Police Department after a warrant was issued on Thursday.
