What Happened To Leonid Shvartsman?

He died in his sleep.

He is an architect who graduated from an art gallery in 1941.
From 1948 until 1956, he worked in the Soyuzmultfilm studio, and in 1951, he was the first to be admitted to the KMS with degree in animation.
He began working independently in 1993, and as director in 1975.
The Scarlet Flower, Woof the Kitten, 38 Parrots, Golden Antelope, Beware of Monkeys, and many more.

Shvartsman searched even more peripheral areas of the art world while homeless, without parents or siblings, and denied an art career.

In 1945, he applied to the VGIK film institute, and after he graduated in 1951, he was hired by Soyuzmultfilm, where he worked for the rest of his career. At the studio, Shvartsman is credited with 70 films. Shvartsman is a lefty.
