It is said the 60-year-old artist was found dead floating while wearing snorkeling gear in the waters off Nago, Okinawa Prefecture, on Wednesday morning.
Apparently, he was traveling alone in Okinawa when a car rental company called police on Wednesday night to say they couldn’t reach him, leading the coast guard to believe the body was his.
Per sources, the injuries to his belly and lower parts of the body were apparently caused by a shark or other sea creature bites.
