Kurtis Eugene Warner, an American former quarterback who spent most of his time with the Arizona Cardinals and St. Louis Rams in the National Football League (NFL), was born on June 22, 1971.

One of the greatest Cinderella stories in NFL history, his career saw him go from undrafted free agent to two-time Most Valuable Player and Super Bowl MVP.

In January 2010, Warner made his NFL retirement a formal announcement. He said he wanted to spend time with his wife and that he was looking forward to finally being a genuine father to his seven children.

Warner became an analyst for NFL Network in 2010. He appears frequently on NFL Total Access and in-studio on Thursday Night Kickoff Presented by Sears, the Thursday Night Football pregame show on NFL Network.

Warner also worked as an analyst for the 2010 Arena Football League playoff coverage on the NFL Network. Warner was ineligible to participate on the studio panel for NFL GameDay Morning for the wild card playoff round after testing positive for COVID-19 in January 2021.
