Warren Steed Jeffs is the President of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints also known as the church of Mormons.
Warren was born on December 3, 1995, in San Francisco, California, USA.
He took over from his father Rulon Jeffs when he died. Warren was convicted of rape and child assault and is serving a life sentence.
What did Warren Jeffs do to his wives?
Warren did so many awful things to his wives which affected them physically and caused emotional trauma to his wives.
He had over 70 wives, and most of them were underaged girls.
He molested and forced the underaged girls into marriages and would reassign wives and children to other men as punishment for misbehaving.
He allegedly assaulted his nephew and niece.
Warren forced his wives to have group phone sex and would sometimes force them to watch as he would have sex with any of his wives.
In a 2011 court trial, it was revealed that he had a temple where a bed was created for consummating marriages.
He said he wanted the bed to be sturdy so it wouldn’t rattle, and to have padded sides that could hold him in place as “the Lord does His work with [him].”
Jeffs also wanted “a plastic cover to protect the mattress from what will happen on it.”
