American YouTuber and internet personality, Technoblade, has passed away in June 2022, from metastasized sarcoma.
What did Technoblade die from?
Technoblade disclosed his diagnosis on August 28, 2021. He uploaded a video revealing that he was diagnosed with sarcoma. This came after having pain in his right arm and a bump on his shoulder.
His chemotherapy and radiation therapy proved unsuccessful, so his therapist stated that his arm would potentially need to be amputated. This went through in December 2021, when he successfully underwent a limb salvage operation with his arm intact.
On June 30, 2022, his father uploaded a video to his channel titled “so long nerds”. He announced the death of his son after he succumbed to his metastasized cancer.
According to his wishes during his final hours, proceeds from merchandising would go to the Sarcoma Foundation of America.
In a message he wrote, he wrote, “If I had another 100 lives, I think I would choose to be Technoblade again every single time. I hope you guys enjoyed my content and that I made some of you laugh.”
