Born on January 4th, 1990, serial killer Lucy Letby has mouths opening and heads shaking in disbelief over her crimes.

Prior to this inhumane acts, she received her schooling at Aylestone School and Hereford Sixth Form College while growing up in Hereford, England.

She pursued her nursing studies at the University of Chester during her three years of training, completing internships at the Countess of Chester Hospital and the Liverpool Women’s Hospital.

Letby was detained on July 3, 2018, on suspicion of eight counts of murder and six counts of attempted murder following a year-long investigation into the high neonatal mortality rates at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

In addition to the seven killings, Letby was also found guilty of seven counts of attempted murder involving six babies. Letby was exonerated of both murder attempts.

Letby intentionally poisoned two of the infants with insulin, forced-fed milk to others, and injected air into the babies.

She actually succeeded killing seven infants at the Countess of Chester Hospital and was trying to kill another six when she was eventually caught. Letby’s personal diary was found to contain a menacing green Post-it note when police searched her home.
