Nations FC coach Kassim Mingle Ocansey is not losing hope in his team’s quest for the Ghana Premier League title despite facing setbacks in recent matches.

Currently trailing league leaders Samartex by five points, Nations FC is gearing up for a tough battle with only eight games left in the season.

A recent 1-0 defeat to Real Tamale United and a 2-2 draw with Bofoakwa Tano have made the road to the top spot even more challenging for Nations FC. However, Coach Kassim remains optimistic about their chances, emphasizing that there are still 24 points up for grabs in the remaining matches.

“It is not yet over until it is over. We will fight to the end,” Coach Kassim told 3Sports in a determined tone. Nations FC will face Heart of Lions at the Kpando Stadium in the upcoming Matchday 27 fixture on Sunday, with kick-off set for 15:00GMT.

With the title race heating up as the season enters its crucial stage, Nations FC is fully committed to staying in the competition until the final whistle blows.

The team’s resilience and fighting spirit will be put to the test in the coming matches as they strive to close the gap and secure the prestigious Ghana Premier League title for the 2023/24 season.
