Multiple award winning rapper, Sarkodie has released a fresh banger in fulfillment of a resolve he made earlier this year to drop series of street bangers.
On this newly released commercial tune which Sarkodie has dubbed Oofeetsɔ, he responds to critics who have been criticizing his craft and also doubting his capabilities over the years.
Notable among these criticisms and expressions of cynicism towards the rapper’s abilities are the criticisms about his failure to organize a free concert in his home city, Tema until recently. As such, the official video for the song is replete with highlights of activities Sarkodie held for free for his fans in Tema few weeks ago.
Oofeetsɔ, produced by reigning hits producer, MogBeatz undoubtedly bears dense commercial appeal. Sarkodie’s verses are blessed with an addictive melodious performance by Prince Bright of the now defunct Buk Bak fame.
Some music patrons are also regarding aspects of the song’s lyrics as a response to controversial artiste, Shatta Wale who pronounced a year ago that Sarkodie will decline for directing shots at him in his viral record, My Advice.
