He reminisced about her sunny disposition, wicked sense of humor, and unwavering support for his career endeavors. The couple had a love story that began on the set of the film Willow in 1988, eventually leading to their marriage in June 1991.
Samantha’s health struggles were well-documented, with the couple facing devastating losses over the years. They lost their baby Lloyd just nine days after his birth in 1991, followed by another loss when Samantha miscarried at 20 weeks in 1993. The couple faced more heartbreak with additional miscarriages before welcoming Annabelle and Harrison into their lives.
Samantha battled achondroplasia, a bone growth disorder that caused numerous health challenges and surgeries throughout her lifetime. In 2019, she fought a life-threatening battle with sepsis following spinal surgery, where Warwick played a crucial role in her recovery by administering antibiotics directly into her heart.
Samantha’s passing in March 2024 has left Warwick and his family devastated. The actor shared that her health took a turn for the worse just before a family holiday, marking the beginning of a difficult journey that ultimately ended in tragedy.
