Wan’Dale Robinson, a wide receiver with the New York Giants of the National Football League, was born on January 5, 2001. He played college football in Nebraska before transferring to Kentucky.
Robinson made the transfer portal announcement and left Nebraska on January 11, 2021. He made a commitment to Kentucky, where he had previously made a commitment in high school, four days later.
With 104 receptions, 1,334 yards, and seven touchdown grabs in 13 games, Robinson was the team’s top receiver. He set school records for both receptions and yards in a season. Later that year, he contributed to the Wildcats’ Citrus Bowl victory.
Robinson was taken by the New York Giants in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft with the 43rd overall pick.
He started the season as the team’s slot receiver, catching one pass for five yards before suffering a knee injury that forced him to exit the game early. When he made his Week 6 comeback against the Baltimore Ravens, the Giants won 24-20, owing in part to his three receptions for 37 yards and a touchdown. Robinson has six receptions for 50 yards in the Week 7 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
