Sampson started her career at Charlton Athletic’s youth division before joining FA WSL 1 team Arsenal in 2011.
She began her career playing for the youth and reserve teams, where she won the League Cup with the Under-17s and two domestic cups at the reserve level.
She stayed with Arsenal in the underclassmen for three years, from 2011 to 2014, before being promoted into the first-team squad. Her professional debut was on October 12, 2014, at home against Everton in the club’s last WSL game of the season.
