She had her first performing experience in middle school. She was a member of the drama club at her school. Vivienne joined a local theater where she went every day to practice since she wanted to learn acting well. Although her parents had always been supportive of her, they advised Vivienne to finish from high school and then enroll in a nearby institution to study psychology.
