Afia Pokua, popularly known as Vim Lady, has responded to the passing of renowned journalist Wofa Kwabena Kwakye of Oman FM.
As Vim Lady related her encounter with the late Kwabena Kwakye, she started crying on live television.
She gave up her time to honor Kwabena Kwakye, who she disclosed served as her mentor in the industry.
She described the late Kwabena Kwakye as selfless, intelligent, driven, and successful.
According to Vim Lady, Wofa Kwabena Kwakye prioritizes his work over everything else, even his health, as seen by the fact that occasionally he needed reminding to take his medication.
She sobbed as she continued, “He served the media with devotion for over 25 years, reporting for work as early as 4 am,” and he had to pass away in this way.”
Vim Lady went on to say that after working nonstop at the detriment of his health, KABA too passed away in the same manner.
Wofa Kwabena Kwakye, meanwhile, apparently passed away from a heart attack.
