VIDEO: I’m not interested in my dad; he’s remarried – Influencer Dulcie Boateng

Ghanaian social media star Dulcie Boateng has disclosed details of her impoverished childhood and the pressures placed on her at the age of 14 to become a wealthy woman.

During her appearance on the Delay Show, the 26-year-old disclosed that although her mother loves to sew, she has never launched a fashion line.

The former Achimota School student continued, saying that her father and all of her siblings were born in her maternal grandmother’s home in Asylum Down.

Dulcie Boateng continued, stating that she is unable to speak Twi and that her father worked primarily at her grandmother’s compound because he did not own a carpenter’s shop.

Dulcie Boateng conveys her lack of interest in his father’s affairs. According to her, his dad never once contacted or dropped by to see how they were doing after splitting up with her mother. Dulcie said, “I’m actually truely not interested in my dad.”

When Dulcie realized she wasn’t her father’s favorite, she made the decision to break up with him. According to the well-known Snapchat influencer, she even went so far as to keep him in the dark about her intentions to visit Singapore.

In an interview with Delay for the Delay Show, she said, “She wasn’t in my life; my dad and I used to fight.”
