Ghanaian Snapchat influencer Dulcie Boateng once enjoyed a lovely relationship that she only hinted at on the Snapchat with her lover.
She only published pictures of his back with her followers, so his face was never seen by the public.
But during a vacation to Singapore, the relationship reached a rough patch. Her partner surprised her by paying for their vacation to Singapore on her 21st birthday, making it an unforgettable occasion.
This was her second trip outside of Ghana; her first was a solo excursion she took during her third year of college.
Dulcie Boateng went on that trip with her boyfriend for work and leisure, according to her account on The Delay Show, which aired on March 9, 2024.
“Mom was aware that I was going on a trip with my partner. I’m a grown woman, she added, and I’ll do the proper thing,” Dulcie Boateng, stated, “My daddy was not in my life at the time.”
“That trip was funded by my boyfriend,” she said in the GhanaWeb-monitored interview. Dulcie claimed that even though they shared a room, they didn’t have sex.
She explained, “We were in the same room, but we never had sex.” It was really a business and birthday vacation, and at the time, our relationship was still quite fresh. It was my birthday.
“I thought it was too early, but he wanted to have sex. We had just been together for a month. We split up as soon as we got back, and Snapchatters wouldn’t let me think. I used to set relationship goals and share them with us. She said, “I only posted his back; I didn’t publish his face.”
The event occurred one week after they returned to Ghana, according to Dulcie, who remained silent when asked what led to their breakup.
