Charterhouse, the organisers of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, has released the full list of nominees for this year’s edition.
The list comes with a lot of surprises, including Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy’s snub following their commotion at last year’s ceremony.
They were handed an indefinite ban following the event and the board still maintains their position of the case.
Sarkodie topped this year’s nominations list with 11 nods including “Artiste of the Year”, “Rapper of the Year” and “Most Popular Song of the Year”.
He is followed by KiDi and Medikal with 8 each, and Kwesi Arthur, Kuami Eugene and King Promise with 7 each.
