Nat Banini is starting a new chapter outside of the entertainment sector after making a name for himself as a seasoned member of the film industry.
The actor said in a recent interview on 3FM that he has been pursuing a career in surgical nursing since moving to Ohio, USA.
Banini has been living overseas for more than 17 years while he pursues a career in healthcare.
When Banini considered the difficulties he had faced, he said, “Becoming a nurse in the US is a big thing.”
He clarified that his lack of prior medical knowledge prior to relocating overseas had an impact on his decision to switch from acting to nursing.
He acknowledged that working in a hospital was difficult for him, but travel experiences helped him find his passion.
Banini claimed that his work as a nurse has given him confidence and time management skills, even though he misses his days on screen.
