Madam Sun Baohong, the Chinese Ambassador |
A few hours after Madam Sun Baohong, the Chinese Ambassador, on Tuesday, donated items, including desktop computers, printers, UPS and a cheque for GHc10,000 to the office of the Attorney General, Ghanaians on social media, especially Twitter are going nuts.
Some Twitter users who felt the benevolence was an indirect way to bribe the government to reverse its decision to completely stop galamsey operations in Ghana, vent on the micro-blogging site.
Here is what they are saying.
