The Browns dealt Hill to the Rams on April 30, 2022, in exchange for a pick in the fifth round of the 2023 NFL Draft. He was placed on injured reserve on September 20, 2022, as a result of a groin injury he sustained in Week 2. On October 24, 2022, he was slated to be activated from injured reserve and return for Week 8.
