Hill got a three-star rating from Scout.com and Rivals.com and was rated as the nation’s No. 32 cornerback.
As a junior defensive back for the Ducks, Hill had the fifth-highest tackle total. By the end of the season, Hill had made a total of 29 tackles, 21 of which were solo, and deflected four passes. As a senior in Oregon, Hill finished eighth on the team with 71 tackles. Hill was 11th overall and second in the league in passes defended per game during his 14 games as a starter and second-team Pac-12 all-conference pick (1.46). Hill was arrested on December 16, 2013, and after pleading guilty to threatening, he was later returned to the team.
