Teressa Claire MacNeille is an American voice actress, whose credits include voicing Dot Warner on the animated television series Animaniacs and its reboot, Babs Bunny on Tiny Toon Adventures, Chip and Gadget Hackwrench on Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers, and Daisy Duck in various Disney media since 1999.

MacNeille grew up loving cartoons and aspired to be a voice actress since the age of eight, but instead selected a “practical” career, believing she would never be able to realize her dream. She attended broadcasting school after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley.
